ENROLLMENT AND RE-REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR:
Returning Student Registration: All families should have received an email from TADS on February 17th about re-registration for the 2023-2024 school year. Families who are not up to date with their Blackbaud tuition accounts were placed on HOLD. If you have any questions about re-registration, please email Mrs. Coburn or call the Main Office.
NEW Student Registration: Any new students, this includes any OLMC PK4 students who would be interested in Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year, must put in a new application through TADS. New students can submit applications at this time online. If you need assistance with this process, please contact the Main Office.
Financial Aid for Returning Families: Information about TADS Financial Aid for RETURNING families was sent home the beginning of February. Returning families will receive an invitation and instructions for submitting and completing their Financial Aid applications for the 2023-24 school year. This email will contain the code you need to re-apply for your scholarship. It is important to begin the financial aid application process as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our Parent Help Line at 646-794-3318 and have your TADS ID available.
Registration Fee: Registration fee is $125 until April 17th at which time it will increase to $225.
Military Discounts: Any parent or guardian who has or is serving in the military is entitled to a Military Discount on the Registration Fee. Please contact the Main Office for more details. Any family who received a Military Discount last year, your name has already been submitted for the 2023-2024 school year.
CSF (Children’s Scholarship Fund: Some families have financial assistance through the Children’s Scholarship Fund. The 2023-2024 requal application link was emailed directly to all eligible families on Wednesday, February 1st. If you did not receive an email, you can email CSF at [email protected]
TRICKY TRAY:
Our Tricky Tray is just few days away! Save the date and come join us for this great event on Saturday, March 4th!
Baskets continue to come in on a daily basis and we know more will continue to come in. Our goal is 1 basket from every student!
We are still looking for some BIG ticket prizes. What is a BIG ticket prize: TV’s, bicycles, scooters, Yankees or Mets tickets, Legoland tickets, money tree, lottery tree, etc.
We also need volunteers to assist with running the event. A flyer asking for volunteers was sent home last week.

OLMC WEBSITE:
Please remember that you can check the OLMC website for calendar information, lunch information and other important school information. The website is updated regularly. If the school is delayed or closed for any reason, it will also be posted on our website.
YEAR END FAMILY STATEMENTS FROM SMART:
Some families have been inquiring on how to get a Year End Family Report for tax purposes. Although K-8 tuition is not tax-deductible, some PK Tuition and before and after school fees are.
Families can view and download their Year End Statements on https://parent.blackbaud.school/
On the main home page, you click on “Student Year End Statement”, and it automatically downloads the PDF for you.
The Year End Statement includes all payments made in CALENDAR year 2022, which is what is required for tax purposes.
DR. SEUSS DAY:
All students can come dressed as their favorite Dr. Seuss character on Thursday, March 2nd. We will have some fun Dr. Seuss activities planned here at the school on this day.
OLMC SCHOOL MASS:
Save the date and join us for the first OLMC School Mass on Sunday, March 19th at 10AM. Our students will be participating in the Mass as altar servers, readers, gift bearers, greeters, and the choir. More info will be sent home at a later date.
